How long will my order take to arrive?

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is $11.95 (insured with tracking) and Express Post is $15.95. Free standard shipping on orders over $80 AUD.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we ship within Australia only. Stay tuned for updates!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Each box is a surprise, valued at $50+ AUD, and delivered for just $39.95/month with free shipping included. If you order other items with the same order as a subscription, shipping fees may apply to other items.
What's inside the Monthly Geocaching Subscription Mystery Box?
Each month's box is a surprise! It contains a curated selection of geocaching gear — think nano caches, 3D printed items, pathtags, travel bugs, geocoins, logbooks, and more. Every box is different and curated by passionate geocachers who know what works in the field.
How do I subscribe?
Head to our Subscriptions page, choose your plan, and check out. Your first box will be dispatched in the next monthly cycle.
When will my box be shipped each month?
Boxes are dispatched monthly. You'll receive an email notification with tracking details when your box is on its way.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — there are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account portal, with no questions asked. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause your subscription from your customer account portal if you need to skip a month.
Can I change what's in my box?
The Mystery Box is curated as a surprise each month, so contents can't be customised. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is the subscription box available as a gift?
Absolutely! A Mystery Subscription Box makes a fantastic gift for any geocacher. Simply subscribe using the recipient's delivery address and let the adventures begin.
What if I'm not happy with my box?
We want every box to delight you. If something arrives damaged or you have a concern, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

What size cache should I start with as a beginner?
We recommend starting with a magnetic nano cache or a ready to hide container — they're easy to hide and very popular with geocachers. Check out our beginner-friendly range in store.
What is a Travel Bug?
A Travel Bug is a trackable dog tag that you attach to an item and release into the geocaching world. You can follow its journey online at Geocaching.com.
What is a Geocoin?
A Geocoin is a custom-minted coin with a unique tracking code. Like Travel Bugs, they can be moved from cache to cache and tracked online.

Can I return an item?

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Do you have a physical store?
We are an online-only store, but we do offer POS sales at select geocaching events. Follow us for updates!
