Welcome to Just Geocaching. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Just Geocaching operates as an Australian online retail store selling geocaching supplies and related products. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the relevant state legislation.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.

3. Payment

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other payment services as added from time to time. Just Geocaching does not store your payment details.

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Just Geocaching is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with our Refunds & Returns policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Just Geocaching or its suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Just Geocaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
