At Just Geocaching, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our refunds and returns policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us straight away and we will resolve it promptly by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us here with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened logbooks, used nano cache containers, or any item that has been placed as a geocache and is not new with original packing.
