Original Can of Beans (O.C.B.) 3D Trackable Replica

🥫 Original Can of Beans (O.C.B.) 3D Trackable Replica

A little can with a big place in geocaching history!

Before there were millions of finds, there was a bucket in the woods and a can of beans. In May 2000, Dave Ulmer placed the Original Can of Beans in the first geocache, the “Original Stash”. Geocaching’s first-ever trade item became an enduring symbol of those early adventures, and the only surviving physical item from that original stash.

Discover the story behind that first hide in How Geocaching Began, from the Original Stash to a worldwide adventure.

This 3D O.C.B. replica brings that story to your collection in zinc with an antique silver finish. Lift off the removable top, admire its can-shaped design, and imagine the adventures that began with that first hide. With two tracking codes, one on the removable top and one on the bottom of the can, it adds an unusual twist to your trackable collection.
