Meet CachePie: Australia's New Favourite Geocaching Magpie
If you've spent any time geocaching around Australia, you'll know that adventure can start anywhere. A hidden cache beside a country track, a clever micro tucked away in town, or a mystery waiting to be solved after dark. That's exactly the spirit behind CachePie, the cheeky treasure-hunting magpie from Just Geocaching.
Listen to the CachePie Song
CachePie isn't your average magpie. Instead of collecting shiny objects, CachePie collects geocaching adventures, trackable stories, and funny moments from across Australia.
With a satchel full of geocaching gear, a sharp eye for sneaky hides, and plenty of Aussie humour, CachePie has quickly become the face of fun at Just Geocaching.
Why a Magpie Makes the Perfect Geocaching Mascot
Australian magpies are known for being clever, curious, and always investigating their surroundings. Sound familiar?
Those same qualities make CachePie the perfect geocaching companion.
Whether searching for a hidden cache in the bush, following UV clues during a night cache, or helping families enjoy their first geocaching adventure, CachePie represents everything that makes geocaching special:
- Exploration
- Problem solving
- Family-friendly outdoor fun
- Adventure in unexpected places
- Respect for nature and the geocaching community
And unlike some magpies, CachePie promises not to swoop... unless there's a First To Find involved!
